Bearing in mind the needs of successors from family businesses, the Family Business Institute is organizing the NextG Congress, the largest event in Poland devoted to the successor community. An entrepreneur who, together with his brother, has been developing the work of his father for years – a company with over 40 years of tradition, producing corrugated cardboard as well as cardboard packaging and stands with printing in all basic technologies. At present, Werner Kenkel employs a total of over 1,600 people in three production plants, cooperating with over 1,000 customers from all over Europe.
Co-owner and successor of Mitcar, a Warsaw car dealer for the Kia and Subaru brands. For 10 years he has been involved in the implementation of the company’s development strategy and is responsible for key areas of operational and tactical management in the organization. He actively manages a family business that has been operating on the Polish market for 36 years.
